A practical cash-out guide separating the six-hour target from pending time, verification and the payment rail.

The real withdrawal timeline

VegasNova publishes a six-hour processing aim for many eligible requests, but the same rules allow a request to remain pending for up to 48 hours. Document review can take up to five business days and selected internal audits up to seven business days. Those periods can happen in sequence. We did not make a funded withdrawal, so they remain operator-stated limits rather than measured speed.

VegasNova / Australia

Australia’s position is materially different from a market where an operator merely lacks a local badge. The Interactive Gambling Act prohibits providers from offering certain interactive gambling services, including online casino-style games, to people in Australia.

Documents that may be requested

KYC can include government ID, proof of address issued within three months, evidence that the card, wallet or bank account belongs to the player, and source-of-funds or source-of-wealth records. Use readable, uncropped files and keep names and addresses consistent. Do not email documents to an address found on a forum; upload them only through the authenticated account route identified by the operator.

ACMA can investigate, issue warnings, seek civil penalties and ask internet service providers to block illegal gambling websites. A foreign licence and an AUD wallet do not cancel those rules.

Limits, turnover and payment ownership

Cash deposits generally need 1× turnover before withdrawal. Published non-VIP limits were €500 per day, €10,000 per month and normally €500 per request, with up to three pending requests totalling €1,500. Crypto, SEPA and card categories used a €20-equivalent minimum; standard bank and e-wallet categories used €50. The personal cashier can differ.

The practical advice is simple: do not use product localisation as a legal test. Check ACMA’s information and blocked-site notices, and use locally lawful products where applicable.
